Cub Scouts from Pack 173 on the Barracks visited Cave Hill and leant all their energy to picking up litter. The boys cleaned up and had a lot of fun at Cave Hill Park and Nature Center! Each wanted to come back to swim, rope swing, and explore the cave. Several parents shared memories of visits in their own childhoods. It was clear that the park meets needs for nature play especially well, which is itself important in childrens' development. This is why volunteers with Cave Hill Carlisle care so much about shaping a safe place that is welcoming for visitors of all ages.
